Our certified wellness coaches bring professional training in evidence-informed strategies. Sessions are conversational and practical—not lectures or generic advice.
Your coach asks questions to understand what’s getting in your way, then helps you build realistic strategies based on your goals, preferences, and what may be effective for you.
Each $59 session includes 30 minutes of focused, practical support designed to fit into your schedule.
Join from wherever you’re comfortable, at home, work, or anywhere with privacy.
How often you meet is up to you. Coaching is an ongoing, flexible form of support—not a set program with a fixed number of sessions.
Some people check in weekly when building new habits, others meet monthly for accountability, and some book sessions as needed when life feels more complex. You and your coach will work together to find a rhythm that fits your goals and preferences.

Mental wellness coaching is available nationwide for eligible adults.
No. Coaching is a non-clinical coaching service focused on practical support, planning, and skill-building. It does not involve diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions and does not replace therapy or medical care.
No. Completing the Diagnostic Evaluation does not guarantee access to coaching, medical treatment, therapy, or any service.
